1. Overview

At Fraxylonrythepir, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning Phytelix products and receiving refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

• The product is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
• The product packaging is not damaged, tampered with, or missing

2.2 Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Products returned after 14 days from delivery
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
• Products without proof of purchase

3. Right of Withdrawal (EEA / Norway)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area (including Norway), you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Norway through the Act relating to the duty of disclosure and the right to cancel distance contracts and off-premises sales, often referred to in short as Angrerettloven / the Right of Cancellation Act).

For distance contracts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Exceptions may apply under applicable law (for example, for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery—food supplements in sealed packaging may fall under such rules; check the information provided at checkout and any statutory exceptions).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 10 below, but it is not obligatory.

4. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at cooperation@fraxylonrythepir.world with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our confirmation and return authorization. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3. Pack the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
5. Keep Tracking Information: Retain proof of postage and tracking information until your refund is processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

• Defective or Incorrect Products: We will cover the return shipping costs if you received a defective or incorrect product.
• Change of Mind: If you are returning the product due to a change of mind (exercising your right of withdrawal), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• EEA / Norway consumers: Unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable mandatory law states otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

• Inspection: We will inspect returned products within 5 business days of receipt.
• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
• Credit: Depending on your payment method, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

6.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be made for the full purchase price of the product(s) returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product).

6.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cooperation@fraxylonrythepir.world
2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging
3. We will assess the damage and provide instructions for return or replacement
4. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost

8. Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Do not open or use the incorrect product
• We will arrange for the return and ship the correct product at no additional cost

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order:

• Before Shipping: Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
• After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product following our return procedure.

11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
